but whatever this is has hit her father and I hard.  We are miserable!  Sore throats, headaches, coughing / runny nose.   I’m glad little Miss Madelyn is better though, now if only mama and daddy could get over it…   The older girls are doing fine, they have no sign of being even the least bit sick, so hopefully it stays that way.

It has been raining for almost a week straight now.  It looks like thunderstorms are in the forecast for 6 out of the next 10 days.   It has done amazing things for my forgotten about veggies though.  I put their pots out well before the last frost so I thought there would be no hope for them, but I checked today and my swiss chard and bell peppers have sprouted!  It’s still too early to tell how they will do overall, but I have hope.  They got this far without my help (no watering, nothing… I had totally forgotten about them)

This weekend I plan to get the rest of my seedlings in the ground.

The baby is feeling much better.  I, on the other hand, still feel like crap… but 20x’s worse than the last time I wrote.   I’m barely able to talk, I can not swallow, and my ear hurts.   Tomorrow I will take a trip to the doctor to get meds.   I was actually at the ER (for myself) Sunday night.  I was having extreme pain around my only remaining ovary,  I knew it was another cyst so I went to get a ct scan, because my GYN is impossible to get into unless it is “urgent” (and you have proof from an ER visit).  With my history of growing crazy cysts, this would be urgent for me.   This turned out to be the worst ER visit of my life.  Seriously.  I don’t consider myself a violent person, but I would absolutely love to beat the cocky 20 year old male nurse to death.   Instead I spent yesterday calling and emailing complaints against him.

So, apparently I do have another cyst, and have an appointment with my gyn on Friday to find out what kind.    I lost my left ovary and tube last year to a cyst, and I am desperate to keep my remaining reproductive organs.
